This really does what it should. It's not an overnight miracle but after a week of application it has reduced dark spots by up to 70% . Onto the 2nd week and there is still fading although not as intense. I belive that this is due to the epidermis/ dermal layer being deeper.Great product would recommend.excellent for sensitive skin.

Haven't noticed much of a difference. I've been using it for a month and maybe my skin tone has evened a bit. Smells bad too but that's not that important

Uso la crema da circa un mese e ho notato un miglioramento visibile del melasma. Le macchie appaiono più chiare e il tono della pelle sembra più uniforme. Nel mio caso ho utilizzato la vitamina c e la protezione solare di giorno e questa crema la notte
