Will these connectors work with 23AWG solid wire ?

No. The holes are too small. These are CAT5 connectors not CAT6, You'll know, because the holes are in a straight line, not staggered.

Do these work with cat6a cables?

It’s funny you ask, I never used it since i got them, however, i needed them today and it worked great with the cat6e and cat7 as well.

does this come with crimpers?

No it does not. The crimper for these are about $85. You can use a regular crimper and just flush cut the excess.

Do they make the connectors For indoor and outdoor cat6 wire because the cat6 plugs are hard

There are no outdoor CAT connectors.... we typically use a rubber tape to seal any cable connections exposed to the elements... works well if done with care.
