Probably 10T, it’s for kids, but you’re small enough it would work. Hat ships like crap though. It was all smashed when we got it

Runs very small I got an 8 for my size 6 son and it was quite snug

A little big. But almost perfect

I’m 510 200 average build and id say a large definitely runs small especially if you have a longer torso and any muscle build .. it’s kind of funny tho trying to do certain motions
