Renovate and transform furniture with Rainbow Chalk furniture paint. A matte finish, water-based paint with virtually no smell. The paint can be used directly on wood (bare or painted), brick, stone, plaster or any suitably primed rigid surface (e.g. metal, plastic, etc.). Create a worn effect by applying two layers of contrasting colors and then weighing/scoring when dry. Product Features: Grey Tin Winter Paint Furniture Preparation: For best results, make sure the surface is clean and free of wax or oil. If the wax was used clean the surface thoroughly with white spirit. We recommend that the bare woods should be sanded before painting. Application: shake well before use. The product can be applied by roller or brush. If applying with a brush, apply evenly following the grain of wood. If rolling, use a short mohair roller. To create a worn effect, apply two layers of contrasting colors. Allow to dry and then lightly sand with paper soaked in sand or stainless steel- sand the grain of the wood. Coverage: up to 12 M2 per liter. Coverage may vary depending on the method and the rate of application and porosity of the surface. Drying time: dry to the touch in 1 hour. Handle after 2 hours. Apply a second coat after 2 hours if necessary. Total hardness after 3 hours. Cleaning: with water. Do not drain into sewers or streams. Some local authorities have special facilities for the disposal of waste coatings.
