want to know what is all included with Aeropilates by stanima reformer?

I purchased the Aeropilates #4651 Reformer. Major features included are the full size bouncy rebounder, large size stand, which elevates unit 10-inches off ground, the furry handle covers for arm/leg straps, the 20-inch wide padded bench, one dvd "Primer" instructional video (I separately purchased others), full size padded foot bar. This unit can be lifted off the stand and then folder in half for storing, but I would recommend leaving it out and ready to use! Another good feature is  the quick length adjusters for each pulley rope. They adjust with a closed clip which can be easily clipped in different length positions. Once you set your desired length for the straps you may not need to change this length, but if anyone else uses your machine, they might want to adjust. Other units you have to untie/tie a knot to adjust and that is not as favorable. That feature was one of the top reasons I purchased this unit.  This machine also comes with a large wall chart with exercise instructions. I have also found youtube has many posted workout videos which are fun. I personally like to do an upper body workout one day and then a lower body workout on separate days.

How difficult is the 55-4651 aeropilates to assemble. would i need an expert to put it together?

I just bought this, the Aeropilates 651, for my wife.  The build was rather simple. I put it together myself at a casual pace in 20min with just barely glancing at the instructions.  Everything is pretty straight forward.

Does this come with (4) black cords?

Good for back pain?
