I began taking it to help with severe insomnia. I am so glad it's helping me already. I have only been taking it for about 10 days, twice a day and I have begun to feel drowsy around 11pm. I'm able to fall asleep and stay asleep for 4hrs straight already. This is a big deal for me as I couldn't fall asleep till 4 in the morning and could only sleep for 2 hrs max. Seems to be a good product, although my family is telling me it keeps them asleep for a short time, they have very vivid, strange dreams, and they wake up a lot. It doesn't keep them asleep.

Has a subtle taste and blends well in smoothies. The effect feel subtly accumulative and I like it. We'll be sticking with this one for a while. Also, the sellers included ample information about shankhapushpi and Ayurveda in general, which I appreciate.
