A stranger enters into the picture with all of the answers he needs and a Guinea Pig is offered to the good doctor to further his experiments in exchange for millions of dollars. Dr. Karazawa not only accepts his generous offer but takes more then the extortionist has bargained for. He then creates the Android of Notre Dame and all of mankind will never be the same.
